A fresh, fruity, fun sparkling Riesling from the High Blossom estate site made Méthode Champenoise and finished with a crown cap (open in the sink)—faint notes of white florals, wet slate, and maybe the slightest note of petrol. The palate is fresh and bright but with plenty of texture. Undeniable lychee fruits predominate the front palate, followed by lemon drop candies, cut early-season pear and Granny Smith apples.

The 2022 ‘High Blossom’ was made from Chelan County Riesling grapes. This is juicy and bright with plenty of lemon zest, wet stone and kumquat flavors that mingle well with shades of sourdough bread on the palate. Enjoy now. Drink 2024-2027

Aged in stainless steel, reductive aromas are in the lead initially, with notes of struck flint. Beyond that are aromas of yellow and green apple, melon, and herb. Medium-bodied, exquisitely balanced, very varietal flavors follow. Tart, bright acidity keeps it all in vivid focus. This 100% Riesling is made in an off-dry style with 30g/L residual sugar and high acidity, creating a complexity that pairs well with any food, and particularly well with spicy Asian dishes and fatty meats and cheeses. "Reinlese"=pure harvest in German, a name we are using to pay tribute to the Atams, who planted our Riesling vineyard in 2003.
