92 Points, Clive Pursehouse - Decanter
A delightful sparkling wine from the Lake Chelan AVA with bright apple aromatics evocative of French cidre, bright white flowers and petrichor on a summer day. The mousse is persistent and the palate brilliant with flavours of cut Bartlett pear, bruised apples and almond cream. Just a slight hint of pastry and a creamy finish.

Made from mostly Pinot Noir grapes (72%), this offers a soft mousse with juicy starfruit and brioche notes on the palate with Pazzaz apple and shades of candied ginger. The soft mousse adds to the refinement as this is best enjoyed now and over the next several years to come. Drink 2024-2030
