A delightful sparkling wine from the Lake Chelan AVA with bright apple aromatics evocative of French cidre, bright white flowers and petrichor on a summer day. The mousse is persistent and the palate brilliant with flavours of cut Bartlett pear, bruised apples and almond cream. Just a slight hint of pastry and a creamy finish.

100% Estate Chardonnay

This Chardonnay was grown in one of the oldest commercial vineyards in Lake Chelan: Amos Rome Vineyards Block '98. It was fermented 90% in Stainless Steel Tank and 10% in Neutral Oak Barrels, ensuring a clean, bright wine that has a softened mouthfeel.
