This sparkling wine is made from 72% Pinot Noir and 28% Chardonnay from Amos Rome Vineyards Estate Block '98 Vineyard. This wine spent 2 years in tirage before being finished in fall 2023. Made in the traditional Méthode Champenoise style.

The mousse is persistent and the palate brilliant with flavours of cut Bartlett pear, bruised apples and almond cream. Just a slight hint of pastry and a creamy finish.
