2021 Chardonnay (36 months in oak): Quince, lemon peel, honeysuckle on the nose; lemon curd, vanilla, and pear on the palate.

2022 Chardonnay (24 months in oak): Extra ripe Red Delicious, vanilla, candied lemon peel aromas; lemon marmalade, candied pineapple, and wet slate on the palate. (Also available as a single bottle and the only year that'll hit our tasting menu.)

2023 Chardonnay (12 months in oak): Aromas of lemon zest, French pear tart, vanilla; palate is full of lemon tart, golden delicious apple, baked pineapple.
